"Kaitlin catered the cocktail hour of my wedding in the mountain town of Ouray for 100 people. She took great care to understand the vibe of our venue and event, and made the food match the atmosphere and our tastes perfectly. She listened to what I was envisioning, asked questions about important details, and then took it away and ran with it.
It was even better than I could have imagined. The cheese and crudités platters she made were better looking than our centerpieces! It was all so well-styled AND delicious. The trays of food were abundant, delicious works of art, like a very chic mountain harvest. I don’t know how she did it, but I salute her for making everyone (especially the bride and groom!) happy. And she was so thoughtful: during the day of ceremony, she even arranged a plate for the bridal suite to nosh on while getting ready. That was above and beyond, and such a life saver.
Working with Kaitlin was such a pleasant experience, and I didn’t think twice during the event itself. All of a sudden there were killer snacks and people carrying plates of delicious, sophisticated snacks. I hardly even had dinner because I ate so much during the cocktail hour.
