"I was lucky enough to attend a fitness retreat that Kaitlin catered and was consistently wowed by the attention to detail in everything she made from Korean BBQ lettuce wraps (complete with dozens of fixings), to fresh and unique country chicken salads, bright and enticing smoothie bowls, and even homemade snacks that we could recreate at home!  Kaitlin’s food is just as approachable and surprising as she is—there is no craving too ordinary or cuisine too outlandish for her to recreate. Throughout the fitness retreat she was always willing to provide demonstrations or share simple cooking tips that were even new to a Food Channel junkie like myself."

"Even in a world where healthy eating ideas can be found at your fingertips, Kaitlin’s food reigns supreme. She has a knack for combining the most in-season produce, grocery store treasures you never knew you were missing, satisfying staples, and clever techniques to produce the most timeless yet dazzling meals.  I’d say what sets Kaitlin especially apart is her vision; Her inspirations seem endless, yet her taste is always refined.  She has artist’s eye and hostess’s heart that guide her to create perfect plates and stylish, comfortable ambiance."

"Kaitlin is incredible at what she does!  She created and executed an extraordinary "Keeping it Local" client appreciation event for us--one that was highly memorable for everyone who attended thanks to all of her hard work. The creativity she brought to the concept development and her impeccable execution on sourcing, preparation, and execution were why our event was so successful.  Everyone was amazed by her food and the experience she delivered, and we definitely hope to work with her again for future events. She is exceptionally creative, her food is phenomenal, and she's a great person!"

"Kaitlin catered the cocktail hour of my wedding in the mountain town of Ouray for 100 people. She took great care to understand the vibe of our venue and event, and made the food match the atmosphere and our tastes perfectly.  She listened to what I was envisioning, asked questions about important details, and then took it away and ran with it.
It was even better than I could have imagined. The cheese and crudités platters she made were better looking than our centerpieces! It was all so well-styled AND delicious. The trays of food were abundant, delicious works of art, like a very chic mountain harvest.  I don’t know how she did it, but I salute her for making everyone (especially the bride and groom!) happy.   And she was so thoughtful: during the day of ceremony, she even arranged a plate for the bridal suite to nosh on while getting ready. That was above and beyond, and such a life saver.
Working with Kaitlin was such a pleasant experience, and I didn’t think twice during the event itself. All of a sudden there were killer snacks and people carrying plates of delicious, sophisticated snacks. I hardly even had dinner because I ate so much during the cocktail hour.  Kaitlin is a consummate professional and incredibly talented. I was so glad to have had her services for such a memorable day -  her catering elevated the entire feel of the cocktail hour."
